About Me

 Traveling between professions and higher educational programs, Sarah Krashefski utilized her analytical skills and creativity to pursue her dream of becoming an author. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and Business Administration Certification from California State University Channel Islands; paired with an Associate of Science degree in Engineering from Ventura College; Sarah ignited her interdisciplinary specializations. Sarah’s resume ranges from publishing, civil engineering administrative support, navy contract proposal development, configuration management in aerospace engineering and technology, to higher education research. In addition to Sarah’s extensive list of professional experience, she also identifies as an activist for others by writing creative nonfiction memoir stories about domestic violence, sexual assault, sexism, mental health, and worker’s rights. Holding space to be vulnerable and safe, Sarah writes about her personal experiences to connect with others and unite the readers and writers who once thought they were alone in their turmoil.
